STAAH, a global hospi-tech solutions provider, has partnered with Pipul Hotels & Resorts to expand its digital presence and boost operational efficiency. By deploying STAAH’s Channel Manager and Booking Engine, the hospitality group has strengthened its revenue performance across properties in Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Puri, Jharsuguda, and Chilika.

Pipul Hotels & Resorts, one of Odisha’s leading hospitality brands with eight properties across the state, emphasized the importance of finding a technology partner that simplifies operations while maximizing digital outreach.

Subraat Dash, CEO, Pipul Hotels & Resorts, said:
“What we were looking for in a technology partner is someone who can maximise our digital outreach and put our operations in order with solutions that are easy-to-use and seamless. STAAH’s solutions have been instrumental in helping us grow our revenue while keeping operations simple and efficient.”

A channel manager digitally distributes hotel inventory and rates across multiple Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia, automatically updating them in real-time to prevent overbookings or mismatched rates. Meanwhile, a booking engine, integrated into the hotel’s website, enables direct reservations, improving margins by reducing dependency on third-party platforms.

Shoaib Ali, National Sales Head India, STAAH, added:
“Over the last four years, we have been seeing first-hand how the digital transformation of Pipul Hotels & Resorts has reshaped their business across all their hotels. Our solutions are designed to empower hoteliers with smart tools that simplify distribution, improve online visibility, and ultimately help them achieve better results.”
