Chennai, known for its rich cultural heritage, particularly during the Margazhi season, is all set to witness a unique blend of fashion and classical arts. Event Arts, in association with Radisson Blu Hotel and Suites GRT Chennai, is gearing up to host the second edition of Marvellous Margazhi on December 1st.

This extraordinary event celebrates the timeless elegance of Indian classical arts, reimagining it through a contemporary lens. Last year, the showstopper was the legendary Vyjayanthimala Bali, whose graceful walk down the ramp epitomised the fusion of tradition and modernity.

This year, the event promises to be even more spectacular, featuring a curated selection of renowned musicians and dancers. The models, adorned in exquisite attire and jewellery from GRT Jewellery, will showcase their unique style and grace. The organisers have meticulously chosen each outfit to complement the individual artist’s persona, highlighting their true essence rather than imposing a conventional makeover.

The Royal Ballroom and the Royal Mile of the Radisson Blu Hotel and Suites GRT Chennai provide the perfect backdrop for this event. The luxurious ambience, coupled with the stunning performances, creates an immersive experience that celebrates Chennai’s rich cultural tapestry.

By integrating fashion with classical arts, Marvellous Margazhi aims to inspire the fashion industry to think beyond conventional presentations and explore innovative ways to tell stories through various art forms. The organizers believe that this event will not only entertain but also educate, fostering a deeper appreciation for India’s cultural heritage.
