The 2nd Asia Sourcing Show 2026 (Textiles & Apparel) and the Global Sourcing Summit 2026 officially opened at Hall 5 of the IMPACT Exhibition & Convention Center, bringing together global buyers, manufacturers, policymakers, sourcing professionals, and industry leaders from across Asia and international markets.

Organised by CEMS-Global USA and co-organised by the ASEAN Federation of Textile Industries, the events are designed to strengthen sourcing partnerships, expand trade opportunities, and support the future development of the textile and apparel value chain.

The platform has attracted support from several leading industry organisations, including the International Apparel Federation, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles, the National Federation of Thai Textile Industries, and the Thailand Textile Institute, among others.

Held under the theme “Asian Manufacturers. Global Buyers. One Powerful Show,” the event reflects the industry’s response to changing sourcing strategies, evolving trade dynamics, geopolitical shifts, and growing demand for resilient supply chains.

The exhibition serves as a sourcing marketplace connecting manufacturers from ASEAN, South Asia, East Asia, and beyond with international buyers, retailers, sourcing offices, and brands. Running alongside the exhibition, the Global Sourcing Summit provides a platform for discussions on sustainability, supply chain resilience, innovation, digital transformation, and future industry growth.

Speaking at the opening, S. S. Sarwar highlighted the importance of regional collaboration and integrated value chains in shaping the future of global sourcing. He noted that Bangkok serves as a strategic gateway connecting manufacturing excellence, sourcing opportunities, innovation, and industry dialogue across Asia.

Key themes being explored during the summit include the future of global sourcing, next-generation supply chains, sustainability and circularity, technology-driven competitiveness, ASEAN-South Asia-East Asia collaboration, and the evolving role of Asia as both a manufacturing and innovation hub.

The organisers expect the event to generate significant business opportunities, strengthen regional and international partnerships, encourage investment, and support the long-term growth of the global textile and apparel industry.

The Global Sourcing Summit 2026 runs from 3–4 June, while the 2nd Asia Sourcing Show 2026 continues through 5 June at the IMPACT Exhibition & Convention Center in Bangkok.
