Zadig & Voltaire and Pellat-Finet: A Stylish Synergy

Fashion mogul Thierry Gillier is weaving a captivating narrative in the heart of Paris. The visionary founder of Zadig & Voltaire is merging his iconic contemporary brand with the luxurious cashmere label Pellat-Finet.

The newly combined boutique at 326 Rue Saint-Honoré will house a curated selection of pieces from both brands. This unique retail space will serve as a launchpad for innovative concepts and exciting collaborations, promising a truly elevated shopping experience.

Gillier’s acquisition of Pellat-Finet in 2019 marked a significant step in reviving the legendary brand. By streamlining the name to Pellat-Finet and opening a standalone store in April 2023, he has successfully reestablished its retail presence. The synergy between the two brands is evident, with Pellat-Finet’s focus on high-end, understated luxury complementing Zadig & Voltaire’s rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic.

To further integrate the two brands, a selection of Pellat-Finet pieces will be available at select Zadig & Voltaire stores, including the iconic Rue Cambon and Champs-Élysées locations. While Pellat-Finet has returned to an in-house design team, Zadig & Voltaire continues to evolve under Gillier’s creative direction.

Gillier’s vision for Pellat-Finet involves a focus on craftsmanship and subtle refinements to classic designs. The brand’s upcoming collaboration, set to be unveiled during men’s week in January, promises to further elevate its position in the luxury market.

Zadig & Voltaire, on the other hand, is poised to become a full-fledged lifestyle brand. With a thriving fragrance line and the expansion into hospitality with the Château Voltaire, the brand aims to captivate consumers across multiple touchpoints. The strong performance of its accessories, particularly the iconic Rock bag, further solidifies its position as a leading fashion house.

While China remains a significant market, Zadig & Voltaire is currently reevaluating its strategy for the region. The brand is exploring new partnerships and approaches to tap into the Chinese market’s potential.

As Gillier continues to shape the future of both brands, the synergy between Zadig & Voltaire and Pellat-Finet promises to redefine the luxury fashion landscape.
