World Emblem, the world’s largest emblem and patch manufacturer, has introduced Custom Genie, a unified brand offering custom stickers, labels, pens, name badges, and other promotional items. The new Custom Genie website uses advanced technology to provide a seamless, modern shopping experience for clients.

Reshoring for Faster and Smarter Operations

As part of its restructuring, World Emblem has reshored all Custom Genie operations to its Norcross, Georgia facility. This move allows faster shipping, flexible delivery options, and improved tracking. Together, the unified company will manufacture nearly 2 million promotional products annually across North America.

According to Randy Carr, CEO of World Emblem,

“Reshoring jobs to the U.S. and combining Stickers International, Fast Pens, and Name Badges International under Custom Genie helps us expand our product range and improve efficiency. Moreover, the Georgia facility’s advanced delivery network enhances customer satisfaction and reduces operational costs.”

A Unified Portfolio Across Key Product Lines

The Custom Genie brand merges three successful divisions:

  • Stickers International – provides stickers and labels for industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and travel.

  • Fast Pens International – offers pens, pencils, notebooks, and other writing tools for education and business sectors.

  • Name Badges International – manufactures high-quality custom name badges made of durable metal or molded plastic.

Together, these divisions deliver cohesive, branded solutions for businesses looking to strengthen their identity through personalized merchandise.

Technology Enhancing Customer Experience

Oz Barhama, Brand Manager of Custom Genie and Senior Director of Ecommerce at World Emblem, explained,

“Customers today want quick, easy, and complete solutions. With Custom Genie, we replaced three separate sites with one advanced platform. It features AI-powered design tools, simpler reordering, more payment and shipping options, and real-time delivery notifications.”

In addition, the new website offers a broader range of products, ensuring a faster, smarter, and more intuitive experience for every customer.

Strengthening U.S. Manufacturing

Beyond its Georgia expansion, World Emblem recently announced plans to reshore 50 new jobs to its upcoming Houston facility, set to open in December. The company now employs over 1,200 people and operates 1 million square feet of manufacturing space across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

With Custom Genie, World Emblem reinforces its leadership in promotional manufacturing by combining innovation, efficiency, and design excellence to create long-term value for its customers.
