Visage Lines Personal Care Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Bombay Shaving Company, Bombae and 100Days, has announced two key leadership appointments.
Varun Gupta will move from Chief Growth Officer to Chief Marketing Officer, Bombay Shaving Company. Meanwhile, Jasmeet Singh joins Visage Lines as Senior Vice President, Ecommerce.
The appointments strengthen leadership across brand building and digital commerce. They also support the company’s next phase of growth across its portfolio.
Varun Gupta Takes Charge of Brand Building
As Chief Marketing Officer, Bombay Shaving Company, Varun Gupta will lead brand building across categories. He will also guide the evolution of Bombay Shaving Company and Bombae.
In addition, his role will focus strongly on strengthening both brands’ D2C businesses.
Previously, Varun served as Chief Growth Officer and Category Head at Visage Lines. During this period, he led trimmer product innovation and marketing.
The business grew 25X during his tenure. Bombay Shaving Company also became India’s #2 brand in men’s trimmers. Furthermore, Varun grew the online business 10X while turning it profitable.
Before joining Visage Lines, Varun worked with PepsiCo and HUL. He also built businesses such as Too Yumm! and The Gift Studio from scratch for the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group.

Jasmeet Singh Joins as Senior Vice President, Ecommerce
Jasmeet Singh joins Visage Lines Personal Care Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Vice President, Ecommerce. He brings more than 14 years of experience across ecommerce, D2C, commercial development and channel sales.
He has held leadership positions at L’Oréal, Reckitt, Glanbia Performance Nutrition and Kenvue. His experience spans consumer and personal care businesses.
In his new role, Jasmeet will lead ecommerce across the Visage portfolio. His responsibilities will cover marketplaces, quick commerce and beauty commerce platforms.
He will also strengthen channel strategies and identify new growth opportunities. In addition, he will focus on building scale across the company’s brands.

The portfolio reaches consumers through D2C channels, marketplaces, quick commerce, beauty commerce and offline retail. Therefore, the company is strengthening its organisational capabilities as the portfolio expands.
The latest appointments create dedicated leadership across key growth areas. They also support greater focus on brand building, consumer engagement and digital commerce.
