Versace, the renowned fashion house, recently appointed Caroline Deroche Pasquier as the new Vice President of Global Communications in a move to revitalize its leadership structure. Deroche Pasquier, with an illustrious background in fashion communication, brings a wealth of experience, having held significant roles in various prominent fashion capitals like London, Milan, New York, and Paris.

Hailing from a fashion communication legacy—her mother having served as a key figure at Yves Saint Laurent—Deroche Pasquier’s career spans esteemed houses such as Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Coach, Stella McCartney, and Bottega Veneta, where she held top communication positions.

Expressing her excitement about joining Versace, Caroline highlighted the house’s remarkable heritage and the creative direction led by Donatella Versace, acknowledging her as a respected figure and a true fashion icon.

Under the leadership of CEO Emmanuel Gintzburger, Versace has seen a significant reshaping of its top management. Alongside Deroche Pasquier’s appointment, other seasoned professionals, including Georgina Scholtens-Day, Valeria Breda, Giorgia Carastro, and Stefania Lacarenza, joined the brand in critical marketing, digital, and innovation roles.
