Commenting on the results, Mr. Hemant Jain, Joint Managing Director, said:
“Q2FY27 was a resilient quarter for the Company, delivered against a challenging external environment. With key festive occasions such as Navratri and Durga Puja falling in October this year, as against September, a part of the anticipated festive demand has shifted into Q3FY27. Despite these near-term demand challenges, we remained focused on driving growth while maintaining profitability and operational discipline. We are particularly encouraged by the performance of Kraus, which has delivered robust sales growth alongside strong EBITDA margins. We have continued to maintain healthy profitability in Q2 with both EBITDA and PAT registering a year-on-year growth of 12% and 15%, respectively. This performance reflects the resilience of our business model and our continued focus on impeccable execution.
As we move forward, our priorities remain firmly centered on creating a sustainable business model with profitable growth. We believe our strong balance sheet provides us with a solid foundation to navigate the evolving market environment and makes us confident to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.”
The company noted that the timing of key festive occasions, including Navratri and Durga Puja, affected the distribution of seasonal demand. As these festivals fell in October this year instead of September, some expected demand shifted to Q3 FY27.
KKCL also highlighted the performance of Kraus, which delivered strong sales growth alongside healthy EBITDA margins. Looking ahead, the company plans to focus on profitable growth, operational discipline and building a sustainable business model.
