Through “The Originals Creator Network,” the sportswear company Adidas is continuing its career development plan for young people in the UK. It is being organised in collaboration with the creative network and digital media platform GUAP.
The careers development programme for new creatives in London is in its second year. This time, 40 participants will receive special access to two, half-year projects that include mentoring, workshops, and real-time creative briefs.
The program’s first year, according to the firm, was successful, giving graduates from the class of 2022 access to special events, professional masterclasses, and the chance to engage with organisations like the V&A Museum, the Saatchi Gallery, and others. Based on participant experience levels, it will be divided into two projects for 2023 with an emphasis on media, design, and production.
The access to mentors-providing educational courses conducted by business experts will return. Throughout, the programme will offer both in-person and online instruction using the Adidas and GUAP HQ as a learning hub.
