Spicetree Design Agency’s (SDA) With the return of its flagship program, The Street Store, to Infiniti Mall in Malad, more than 200 individuals in need received not just warmth and smiles but also a fresh feeling of inspiration and optimism. Known throughout the world as the first pop-up clothes store for the underprivileged that doesn’t require rent or a physical location, The Street Store lets customers choose what they like from a large selection of apparel and accessories that have been donated.

With well-maintained apparel and accessories for both adults and children, this year’s event saw an amazing outpouring of community support and provided a respectable shopping experience for both people and families. The impact of this well-considered project was highlighted by the touching response from families who enjoyed selecting gifts to make their holiday season brighter.

SDA has been a creative and digital marketing firm for more than 20 years, using its knowledge of both to lead brands along forward-thinking avenues. The Street Store is a prime example of SDA’s commitment to community, and its devotion to brands has permeated its social commitment as well. In order to reach thousands of individuals in need, SDA has been holding the Street Store in various locations throughout Mumbai for the past seven years. SDA has broadened this goal by hosting special events for disadvantaged kids and giving them brand-new school materials to encourage and raise young brains.

“Our goal with The Street Store has always been to spread kindness, one smile at a time,” said Shiraz Khan, Founder & Director of SDA, in reference to this effort. We are reminded of the power of giving when we witness the happiness on people’s faces as they select their own attire and accessories. Every donation, no matter how small, contributes to the creation of a society that is more connected and compassionate. SDA’s Street Store program continues to be a monument to the agency’s basic principles of gratitude, generosity, and community spirit as it pursues its dual goal of empowering communities through generosity and propelling companies toward growth. SDA reiterates through each program that sharing what we have and promoting a sense of humanity among all people are the goals of giving.
