After an impressive 26-year career, Mr. Nair brings a wealth of knowledge to his current position at Rossari Biotech. After eight years as Ashok Leyland Limited’s Head of HR, he skillfully matched HR plans to the organization’s overall goals. Mr. Nair has worked in a variety of industries.
Mr. Nair is a graduate of the Executive Program in Human Resources Management at IIM Kolkata. He is a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) graduate. With a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade and a Professional Diploma in Software Technology & Systems Management, he further broadened his skill set.
