DLF Avenue, Saket, in partnership with wellness brand Wiselife, organised a special World Yoga Day event titled Just Unroll, bringing together yoga enthusiasts for a morning focused on mindfulness, movement and holistic well-being.
Held on 21 June at the atrium of DLF Avenue, the one-hour guided session was led by yoga instructor Simren Kaley and offered participants an immersive wellness experience combining yoga, breathwork and meditation.
The session featured guided affirmations, Surya Namaskar, foundational yoga asanas and a sound healing segment using therapeutic audio designed to promote relaxation and mental balance. Participants also engaged in an interactive Q&A session, gaining insights into yoga practice and overall wellness.
To enhance the experience, attendees used Wiselife’s yoga mats and wheels, supporting better alignment, movement and comfort throughout the session.
Founded in 2021, Wiselife focuses on making wellness more accessible through thoughtfully designed yoga products and a philosophy centred on mindfulness and everyday well-being.
The event was led by Simren Kaley, who brings more than four years of teaching experience, advanced 500-hour yoga training from South India and certification in sound healing from Sri Lanka. Her approach combines traditional yoga practices, breathwork, meditation and vibrational therapy to support physical, mental and emotional health.
The initiative aimed to encourage preventive healthcare practices while fostering a growing community focused on fitness and wellness. Through experiences such as Just Unroll, DLF Avenue continues to expand its lifestyle and community engagement initiatives, creating spaces where wellness and everyday living intersect.
