Purple, a company that offers personal care and beauty products, has moved to Kolkata. With a multi-brand assortment of merchandise, the store debuted to the public in the Behala district of the city and is already planning another launch in the capital of West Bengal.

Among the cosmetic brands carried at the store are Faces Canada, Good Vibes, and House of Lakmé. The store offers skincare products and personal care items from a variety of Indian and foreign brands in addition to color cosmetics.
Ramani stated in a different Linkedin post that Purplle intends to launch a second new store in Serampore, Kolkata, soon. Purplle launched a new store in the Mangalbazar neighborhood of New Delhi last month. According to its website, the company also has locations in Bengaluru, Jaipur, and Noida.
Purplle was founded in 2012 by Manish Taneja and Rahul Dash to sell cosmetics and grooming products online. In 2022, the company, which presently sells goods from over 1,000 companies, achieved unicorn status.
