An intimate look at every aspect around the actor’s 140-carat necklace and the special occasion

Actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas arrives in Rome to commemorate Bulgari’s 140th anniversary and the launch of their high-end jewelry line Aeterna. Jonas recently finished filming the much-awaited thriller Heads of State. Shu Qi, Anne Hathaway, Priyanka Chopra, Liu Yifei, and other brand ambassadors and friends of the house attended the performance and gala dinner held in the freshly opened heritage wonder of the Italian city, Terme Diocletian.

Chopra Jonas unveiled a stylish new bob haircut, and the brand spokesperson donned the 140-carat diamond Serpenti Aeterna necklace to commemorate the milestone occasion. The jewelry brand claims that this exquisite piece of jewelry is among their most priceless creations from their ateliers. It took 2800 hours to produce the Serpenti Aeterna necklace, which has a raw diamond weighing over 20 carats that is cut into seven pear-shaped drops totaling 140 carats, one for each year in Bulgari’s history. Six98 baguette diamonds totaling 61.81 carats are placed within a sinuous, three-dimensional wave framework that surrounds the drops.

The actor accessorized his off-the-shoulder Del Core gown in white and black with a necklace of Serpenti Aeterna. She was spotted smiling and clutching a bouquet as she interacted with others at the occasion.

The Italian luxury company honored its history by holding this event in Rome, the city of its birth, which featured a show dressed by the renowned stylist Carine Roitfeld and a gala dinner. Over 500 different products, including high jewelry, watches, purses, and perfumes, were included in this collection. The magnificent celebration of the Roman Maison’s jubilee was a significant turning point.

There had to be singing and dancing to add to the atmosphere, considering the scope of this Italian event. The director of Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, Eleonora Abbagnato, a ballet dancer, and choreographer Sadek Berrabah presented a lyrical duet as the first of a series of performances. After this performance, Berrabah gave another in which about eighty dancers performed a synchronized spiral.

To provide security and transparency, Bulgari also unveiled the Bulgari Digital Passport at the occasion. The passport is a digital document that, to protect product data, stores on its blockchain the distinctive qualities and certifications of every high-end jewelry creation.
