PDS Limited, a global fashion supply chain solutions company, has entered into a multi-year Sourcing as a Service (SaaS) agreement with the global sourcing arm of a leading French-headquartered supermarket group to oversee its textile sourcing operations across Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Turkey.

The retailer, one of the world’s largest supermarket groups serving millions of customers across multiple countries, has appointed PDS to manage end-to-end sourcing and supply chain operations through a dedicated operating subsidiary. Under the agreement, PDS is expected to oversee apparel sourcing worth more than US$250 million in annual FOB volume, supporting the retailer with a more agile and efficient sourcing model.

The partnership is scheduled to commence on 1 November and further strengthens PDS’s portfolio of long-term strategic relationships with leading global retailers.
