latest outlet brings together a diverse array of well-known brands from the Honasa Consumer stable.
Aajjay Divatay, the mall operations manager, celebrated this momentous occasion on LinkedIn,
extending warm wishes for the store’s prosperity.
At this new retail hub, consumers can explore an impressive lineup of Honasa Consumer’s in-house
beauty and personal care labels, including the likes of Mamaearth, Aqualogica, The Derma Co,
Ayuga, Dr. Sheth’s, and the renowned hair care brand BBlunt.
The journey of Honasa Consumer commenced in 2016 when founders Varun Alagh and Ghazal Alagh
launched Mamaearth, emphasizing toxin-free products for baby care. Over time, they expanded
their offerings to encompass beauty and personal care solutions for adults. The subsequent inclusion
of The Derma Co in 2020, followed by Aqualogica and Ayug in 2021, fortified their position in the
industry. In 2022, the acquisitions of BBlunt and Dr. Sheth’s propelled the parent company to
achieve an impressive annual revenue milestone of Rs 1,000 crores.
Recently, in October 2023, Honasa Consumer garnered Rs 765 crores from anchor investors, a
strategic move preceding their anticipated initial public offering (IPO). This capital infusion reflects
the strong market confidence in the company’s growth trajectory and its commitment to delivering
quality beauty and personal care products to its ever-expanding customer base.
