Tell us about yourself and your company?
We have been working for the past eight years. In this textile industry, we primarily work with art silk. Art silk is our specialized product for saree base fabrics. We produce dupattas, garments, and fabrics mostly using a jacquard loom machine.
What is your inspiration for this company?
First and foremost, Surat is a major textile hub, making it easier for Surat residents to work in the textile industry. Surat serves as the hub of the textile industry. So marketing and producing textiles is quite easy in this place.
what vision do you have in mind for future of company?
For me, Kara silk should be a large brand, and there should only be one brand providing these products.
Do you think the event should happen every year?
This event happened 5 years ago. We sometimes create new items and produce new products. We do not have marketing. We place our goods at a stand in an exhibition, and if a businessman loves a product, he orders from us.
what is your product USP and manufacturing unit capacit?
Our product’s unique feature is that it is totally dyeable, allowing customers to customize the color. We sell it piecemeal. The capacity is 15,000 sarees each month.
From where do you take inspiration for design?
We have a design team that determines which designs are now popular and where they are likely to go, and then we create designs appropriately.
