Big stage for Turkish fashion
IFCO Istanbul Fashion Connection, the biggest event of its type in Europe and the international showcase for the Turkish fashion industry, is getting ready for its seventh edition, which will take place from February 5–8, 2025. The industry now considers the platform to be a must-attend event because of its larger exhibition centre, extensive product line, and several events. More than 500 exhibitors and brands will showcase themselves to the anticipated 30,000+ national and international attendees spread across 8 halls and 35,000 square meters.
“Our fashion industry contributes to employment, exports, and value-adding production, all of which play a strategic role in our economy.” We have continuously ranked among the top three export industries for many years. We rank third for the European Union and sixth globally regarding suppliers. İHKİB Vice President Mustafa Paşahan states, “We are a nation of brand production today with a strong infrastructure and extensive expertise.” We make great strides in branding and design each year. In over 100 countries, our brands are featured in 3,000 stores. In the nations where they do business, a few of our brands are even market leaders. The Turkish fashion sector is driven by IFCO, which is an essential component of the international fair calendar.’
IFCO #7 at the Istanbul Expo Center will once again bring together trends, innovations and professionals. The organizers are furthermore aiming for record numbers of participants and visitors. All facets of fashion and apparel will be covered at the fair, including womenswear, menswear, kids wear, denim, sportswear, evening dress, lingerie & hosiery, leather garments, shoes, and accessories.
IFCO highlights
Remarkable exhibitor’s presence
IFCO showcases the versatility of Turkish fashion, which has conquered market shares in Europe and the USA. Leading brands will present collections that draw global attention to Türkiye as a center for high-quality apparel fashion.
Turkish design at its finest: The CORE Istanbul in hall 7 once again brings 25 designers such as Meltem Özbek, Tuba Ergin or Erkan Demiroğlu to the stage.
Design talents show their latest creations and inspire with their current collection just like leading Turkish retail brands such as İpekyol, Damat, Kığılı.
The FashionIst area in halls 5 and 6 will once again be a crowd puller. With fashion shows and events for evening wear, it will showcase the strengths of the Turkish fashion industry. High-quality designs and new trends make this exhibition area particularly attractive for trade visitors.
The Turkish lingerie and hosiery industries, important pillars of the export economy, will be represented with their top products at halls 9 and 10 in LinExpo. Trade visitors can enter new partnerships while international quality standards are demonstrated.
Kids fashion presented in hall 8 will take center stage at IFCO with fashion shows. Visitors can discover the latest collections and make valuable contact with leading brands. The event promises a lively and inspiring atmosphere.

Visitors: Efficient trade fair participation through curated matchmaking
IFCO raises the bar for professional networking in the fashion sector by optimizing the effectiveness of business interactions through its thousands of trade visitors and carefully managed matching. For this event, prestigious foreign visitor groups have signed up. More than 18,000 visitors from over 130 countries were registered for the last IFCO in August. The next event is anticipated to draw over 30,000 visitors.
Tens of thousands of foreign tourists visit us each season. We achieved a major milestone at IFCO February 2024 when we welcomed 38,545 visitors from 159 countries, nearly half of whom were from outside. Export businesses establish new commercial relationships, and franchise brands network with new partners. According to Paşahan, “as a result, every season, all of our participants leave the trade fair with positive results.”
Events: shows and expertise
Daily fashion shows by companies will inspire attendees with their latest collections. Complementing these showcases, an extensive program of seminars and workshops
will feature expert insights from organizations such as WGSN, IUAD Naples Fashion Academy, Le Koko Collectif, and more. These sessions will explore the spring/summer fashion trends; the impact of social media, online sales and AI for fashion marketing; the intersection of fashion consulting and current trends etc.
