The cult-favorite K-beauty brand tamburins, which is run by the South Korean eyewear company Gentle Monster, has just released a new scent called Perfume Shell X.
The product, from tamburins’ broader collection of 10 fragrances that premiered earlier this fall, is available in three scents: “CHAMO,” “BERGA SANDAL,” and “LALE,” and makes its debut in a commercial starring BLACKPINK’s Jennie.
The mixture also functions as a fragrant hand cream, hydrating the skin during the dry seasons. One of the brand’s best-selling fragrances, “CHAMO,” has a base of sweet chamomile with contrasting notes of clary sage and wood. Summery fragrances “BERGA SANDAL” and “LALE” both have bergamot bases with lime cardamom, while “LALE” is a light smell with notes of white tulip, spicy leather, and mimosa. An improvement over the tamburins’ first unveiling last year is the textured wrapping that houses each scent.
At tamburins’ physical and online stores, all three scents are available in 30mL sizes. Visit the brand’s website to purchase the Perfume Shell X for 32,000 KRW, or around $23 USD.
