Essensai067, a groundbreaking lifestyle and community destination, opened its gates in Whitefield on April 20, transforming over five acres into a vibrant cultural canvas. With its debut drawing thousands, the venue promises to become a new epicentre of joy, creativity, and connection for the city.

Nestled in Kannamangala, Essensai067 isn’t a mall — it’s a thoughtfully designed space that merges food, fashion, music, wellness, and sustainability. Spread across 5.16 acres, with more than half dedicated to open green spaces, the destination features a water-inspired entrance, pet-friendly zones, adventure parks, wellness spaces, and an amphitheatre that premiered with a spirited performance by the iconic Usha Uthup.

Rooted in the spirit of community, the name “Essensai” blends “Essence” with “Sai,” symbolising divinity and grounding. The number “067” is inspired by the area’s historic postal code, honouring its legacy and its people.

With 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of leasable area, and 20 brands live in its first phase, Essensai067 brings together global names like IKEA and local gems like Puppawcino and Barnhouse. Already 70% leased, the mix reflects a powerful synergy between scale and locality.

The vision goes beyond commerce — Essensai067 is expected to generate over 750 direct jobs and 3,000+ indirect opportunities, while drawing nearly 10,000 daily visitors. Designed to become Whitefield’s cultural heartbeat, it is poised to host 300+ curated events annually — from flea markets and art exhibitions to concerts and wellness festivals.

Architecturally, it raises the bar in green infrastructure. Powered by solar energy (750kW), the project incorporates net-zero water discharge, 100% water reuse, and reused materials including recycled soil blocks. Over 100 of the site’s original 120 trees were carefully relocated and preserved.

Essensai067 also provides rotating pop-ups, flexible retail setups, and public art spaces to empower small businesses and local creators — offering a rare and real platform for expression.

“Essensai067 isn’t just a space — it’s a reflection of Whitefield’s identity,” said founder Haresh M Mirpuri. “It’s about giving the community a place to slow down, gather, and celebrate everyday life.”

Set to open to the public on April 27, Essensai067 begins a new chapter in urban placemaking — where community, culture, and conscious living come together.
