Echoes of the Soul and Aarambh Highlight the Power of Inner Wellbeing

In an increasingly fast-paced and connected world, the importance of reconnecting with one’s inner self took centre stage at the launch of Echoes of the Soul – Reflections for a Conscious Life by Rajyogi BrahmaKumar Nikunj Ji at MVIRDC World Trade Center Mumbai.

Speaking at the launch, Rajyogi BrahmaKumar Nikunj Ji, author of the book, said, “In today’s fast-paced world, we are increasingly connected with everything around us yet often disconnected from our inner selves. The book Echoes of the Soul is an invitation to pause, look within and rediscover the peace, clarity and inner strength that already exist within us. The book seeks to present spiritual wisdom in a simple and practical way so that it can become part of our everyday lives and help us respond to situations with greater awareness, positivity and balance.”

He further emphasised that meaningful progress extends beyond material and professional achievements, placing equal importance on thoughts, relationships and mental wellbeing. Through the book, he aims to encourage readers to embrace reflection, positivity and conscious living as part of their everyday journey.

The book launch was held alongside “Aarambh – It’s Never Too Late in Life”, an art exhibition celebrating the creative journey of Rajyogini Brahmakumari Dr. Nalini Didi Ji (Didi Maa). The exhibition features her sketches and creative works, demonstrating that creativity, learning and self-expression can flourish at any stage of life.

Speaking about the exhibition, Rajyogini Brahmakumari Shaku Didi Ji said, “Aarambh carries the inspiring message that it is never too late to begin something new. Didi Maa’s creative journey demonstrates that age can never be a limitation when there is enthusiasm, determination and a desire to express oneself. Creativity and spirituality together can help us discover our inner potential and bring greater peace, happiness and purpose to our lives.”

The event also brought together representatives from the diplomatic community. Mr. Aliaxsandr Matsukou, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Mumbai, highlighted India’s cultural and spiritual heritage and spoke about the importance of cultural exchange and people-to-people understanding between India and Belarus. He also noted the presence of Brahma Kumaris centres in Belarus.

Ms. Shirani Ariyarathne, Minister (Commercial), Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Mumbai, spoke about the organisation’s message of love, peace and harmony and highlighted the Brahma Kumaris’ presence across Sri Lanka through 22 centres, contributing to spiritual awareness and inner wellbeing.

Dr. Vijay Kalantri, Chairman, MVIRDC World Trade Center Mumbai and President, All India Association of Industries, reflected on the spiritual values represented through the exhibition and book. He said, “Brahmakumaris have always given us a message to remain humble in our thoughts and actions. The artwork we have witnessed today is the reflection of the deep spiritual and dedication of Didi maa’s in her duty and devotion towards God and society.”

He added that introspection can help individuals seek wisdom and discover their inner potential, while describing Echoes of the Soul as a compilation of Rajyogi Brahmakumar Nikunj Ji’s accumulated wisdom and reflections.

Ms. Priya Pansare, Senior Director, Trade Investment and International Relations, World Trade Center Mumbai, said that World Trade Center Mumbai has consistently provided a platform connecting businesses, governments, diplomats and institutions while supporting initiatives that benefit individuals and communities. She noted that Aarambh reinforces the idea that there is no fixed age or stage at which a person must begin something meaningful, while Echoes of the Soul encourages readers to seek clarity, positivity and balance amid increasingly demanding lives.

The Aarambh exhibition presents the creative expressions of Rajyogini Brahmakumari Dr. Nalini Didi Ji, offering a glimpse into her journey of discovering and pursuing art later in life. Its central message emphasises that age should not limit creativity, learning, self-expression or the pursuit of new beginnings.

Together, Aarambh and Echoes of the Soul – Reflections for a Conscious Life bring art, literature and spirituality into a shared conversation. The initiatives underline the value of self-awareness, inner strength, purposeful living and wellbeing in navigating a rapidly changing world.
