Natasha Poonawalla is an Indian businesswoman and philanthropist who is well recognised for her passion for fashion. The style icon is frequently spotted snagging invitations to the most prestigious fashion events and dressing to the nines.
Poonawalla, a close buddy of British Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief Edward Enninful, attended the Runway Icons show in Florence, Italy, last night, which was curated and creative-directed by the adored EIC himself, when she was on her most recent fashion event. The show, organised by the Italian luxury boutique Luisa Via Roma, featured 50 brands and was held in the Piazzale Michelangelo against the backdrop of the city’s rich past.
Natasha Poonawalla attended the event wearing a wide range of cutting-edge luxury designers, in keeping with her taste of over-the-top splendour. The fashionista started out in a glittering silver and sheer Mugler catsuit with the brand’s distinctive shapes. She completed the look with a cream blazer from the Italian luxury brand ACT N1 that revealed a glimpse of her catsuit and had dramatic frills and tulle that produced a billowing cocoon effect.
Poonawalla chose chunky silver Maison Alaa earrings, a quirky takeaway box-shaped leather bag by Saint Laurent with the YSL logo emblazoned in silver to tie in with the metallic Mugler catsuit, and Alexander McQueen lace-up platform boots with pencil heels to amp up this high-voltage look.
A hot pink hair band pulled up her long brown-blonde tresses into a chic and high ponytail, adding a lively punch of colour to the cream, silver, and black colour scheme. Strong brows, winged eyes, and flawlessly glossed nude lips were all part of her foxy glam look. Her face was expertly bronzed and contoured, and her textured, claw-like black nails provided the ideal final touch.
