Crompton Launches INTELLISENSE SmartPro Water Level Controller
The wireless controller combines pump protection, automatic water level management and remote monitoring through the Crompton Senze App.
Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has introduced INTELLISENSE SmartPro, a wireless water level controller designed to simplify household water management. The product combines water level control with pump protection in a single system.
Traditional water level controllers often require wiring between overhead tanks and pumps installed at ground level. This can increase installation work and costs, particularly in multi-storey buildings.
Moreover, conventional systems may require a separate pump control panel and water level controller. By integrating these functions, INTELLISENSE SmartPro aims to simplify installation and everyday water management.
Key Features of Crompton INTELLISENSE SmartPro
Wireless Connectivity with LoRa Technology
The controller uses LoRa technology for wireless communication between the Main Water Level Controller (MWC) and the Overhead Tank Controller (OHT). It supports connectivity from the ground floor up to the seventh floor without inter-floor wiring, helping reduce installation complexity and costs.
Automatic Water Level Management
INTELLISENSE SmartPro automatically starts the pump when the tank is empty and switches it off when the tank is full. This helps prevent water overflow.
In addition, a four-level LED indicator on the main controller displays the tank’s water level, making it easier for users to monitor their household water supply.
Remote Monitoring Through the Crompton Senze App
The controller works with the Crompton Senze App on iOS and Android devices. Users can monitor water levels, control pump operation and set up to 10 schedules remotely.
The app also provides fault alerts, helping users stay informed about potential issues with their water management system.
Pump Protection and Weather Resistance
The product includes protection features designed to help safeguard connected pumps against voltage fluctuations, overloads and dry-running conditions.
Furthermore, its IP65 weatherproof rating makes it suitable for installations exposed to varying weather conditions.
Compatible Pumps and Applications
Crompton INTELLISENSE SmartPro is designed for single-phase submersible pumps rated up to 2 HP. It is suitable for oil-filled submersible pumps, water-filled submersible pumps and openwell pumps.
By combining automatic operation, remote monitoring and pump protection, the controller offers a single solution for several everyday water management needs.

Crompton INTELLISENSE SmartPro is available across retail stores in India and on e-commerce platforms. The product comes with a 12-month warranty and free installation.
Customers who purchase an eligible Crompton submersible pump and the INTELLISENSE SmartPro controller together on a single invoice can receive an additional six-month warranty, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
