New Delhi: 2nd December, 2024 – The Skyview Chef Lalit Kumar has joined By Empyrean, a 22-acre mountain harbor in Jammu’s Sanget valley that skillfully combines luxury, adventure, and hospitality, as the new Executive Chef.
Skyview’s multi-cuisine Banana Leaf restaurant, which seats 80 people and has stunning views of the pristine Sanget Valley, will have Chef Lalit in charge of the kitchen.
In addition to serving delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine, the restaurant also features genuine regional specialties prepared with products that are found locally.
Having overseen the kitchens of some of India’s most prominent hotels, such as the Clarks Hotel Khajuraho (Madhya Pradesh), Radisson Hotel Rewa (Madhya Pradesh), and Ramada Hotel (Navi Mumbai), Chef Lalit is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the food sector. Under the direction of a guest-centric approach, he fervently creates dishes that provide a memorable visual and emotional experience in addition to tantalizing the palate.
