Centrum Wealth Limited has appointed Saurabh Rungta as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Centrum Wealth is the wealth and distribution arm of diversified financial services group Centrum.
Rungta brings over two decades of experience in wealth management, asset management and banking. He joins Centrum Wealth from Avendus Wealth, where he served as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer.

Saurabh Rungta’s Professional Experience
During his career, Rungta has held key roles at several leading financial institutions. These include Nuvama Private, Edelweiss Private Wealth, Kotak Wealth Management, IIFL Wealth (360 ONE), ICICI Prudential AMC and Citigroup.
At Centrum Wealth, he will lead the investment team across Products, Advisory and in-house PMS platforms. He will also oversee the Family Office business and join the core leadership team.
His responsibilities will include strengthening product architecture and developing strategic partnerships. He will also help build a differentiated, technology-enabled wealth platform. Rungta will report to Sandeep Das, MD and CEO, Centrum Wealth.

Centrum Wealth manages client assets worth over INR 40,000 crore. The company operates across 17 locations and has a team of 252 professionals.
It serves high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), Family Offices and Corporate Treasuries. As India’s wealth management sector enters a new phase of expansion, the company aims to build a scaled, future-ready franchise.
A Chartered Accountant, Rungta has expertise in equities, alternatives, offshore investing and client-focused portfolio management. He is also a regular speaker at industry forums and academic institutions. In addition, he frequently participates in industry panels as a wealth management expert.
