New Delhi: With effect from April 1, 2024, the Apparel Made-Ups and Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council (AMHSSC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Vijay Kumar Yadav as its new CEO. Dr. Yadav, whose career has spanned over 22 years.
The new CEO of AMHSSC, Dr. Vijay Kumar Yadav, is greatly anticipated, according to AMHSSC Chairman Dr. A. Sakthivel. “Throughout his incredible career, he has proven to be an outstanding leader with a thorough understanding of the textile industry. With his creative approach and vast expertise in both academic and corporate research, he is the ideal candidate to guide AMHSSC into its next phase of expansion and success.
Dr. Yadav graduated with honors from MSU Baroda, India, with a B.Tech in Textile Engineering and an M.Tech and Ph.D. in Textile Technology from the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His scholarly accomplishments include numerous publications in prestigious research journals and conferences.
