For its newly revamped Flying Returns reward program, Air India, the top international airline in India, has announced an exclusive new relationship with The Bicester Collection, a collection of immersive luxury locations. The collaboration provides Flying Returns reward points for dining and shopping at nine outdoor luxury shopping Villages in Western Europe owned by The Bicester Collection.

At any of The Bicester Collection’s European Villages, which are conveniently situated an hour or less from the major cities of London, Paris, Frankfurt, Milan, Munich, Brussels, Dublin, Madrid, and Barcelona, Flying Returns members can now accrue 5 Points for every GBP 4 or EUR 4 spent. Members only need to show their digital membership card for Air India Flying Returns and their receipts at Concierge Services in order to receive Reward Points.

The Villages by The Bicester Collection are havens for discriminating travelers and shoppers alike, with a distinctive selection of renowned international and European fashion and lifestyle brands offering outstanding year-round savings combined with five-star hospitality and services.

Sunil Suresh, Head of Marketing, Loyalty & E-commerce, Air India said, “This partnership  aligns perfectly with our ongoing efforts to make the ‘reimagined’ Flying Returns a more robust  and faster rewarding programme. Adding The Bicester Collection to our rapidly growing  network of ‘earn’ partners, we’re offering our loyal guests even more opportunities to  accumulate points for the experiences they value.”

“The demand for luxury shopping among Indians continues to boom at record pace, with Indians  now being counted amongst the highest spenders during their travels across the world. We’re  also equally excited to offer the benefits of this collaboration to our growing base of loyal guests  across Europe, to whom we now offer many new ways of collecting Flying Returns points  beyond just taking flights to and within India”.

Laurent Vinay, Chief Brand and Communication Officer, The Bicester Collection said, We are excited to work with Air India in this new alliance. With this partnership, we hope to serve more Indian visitors. In fact, we will have more chances to acquire customers as a result of our relationship. Air India shares The Bicester Collection’s ideals of offering its customers an elevated experience, striving to deliver unmatched Indian hospitality and personalized service; this cooperation is founded on a common brand concept.

Flying Returns was completely redesigned by Air India in April of this year, with a new, more user-friendly structure, renamed tiers, and an updated program logo. Flying Returns has undergone a renovation, moving away from the previous concept of collecting points based on miles to a more equitable spend-based approach. Members can now enjoy instant global status and advantages worldwide.

In order to give its members more convenience, benefits, and recognition, Air India has acquired more than 50 partners for Flying Returns over the past 18 months. With 94x weekly nonstop flights to India from 10 locations—Amsterdam Schiphol, Birmingham, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Milan Malpensa, Paris CDG, Vienna.
