The comfort-tech brand is known for its patented SmartGRID technology. Its portfolio includes mattresses, ergonomic chairs, recliners, sofas, pillows, mattress protectors and other comfort products.
The Sleep Company Adopts Uniware Platform
To manage rising order volumes and multiple sales channels, The Sleep Company has deployed Unicommerce’s Uniware platform.
The platform provides a unified system for order and warehouse management. It also helps the company manage inventory and fulfil customer orders across its website and leading online marketplaces.
The implementation has been tailored to address the company’s operational requirements. It includes support for multipart shipments, allowing bulky or multi-item orders to move through multiple packages when needed.
This approach can help streamline logistics and improve fulfilment efficiency. The solution also includes customised finance reporting. In addition, intelligent courier selection capabilities are expected to be introduced soon.
