Wiliot, a global provider of Physical AI solutions for supply chains, has partnered with Velociti, a systems integrator known for large-scale enterprise technology deployments, to accelerate the rollout of Physical AI across global supply chain networks. The collaboration is designed to help organisations transition from pilot projects to full-scale, nationwide implementations of real-time supply chain intelligence.

“Physical AI is becoming foundational to how modern supply chains operate and compete,” said Amir Khoshniyati, VP of Marketing, Wiliot. “Through our partnership with Velociti, we’re giving customers a clear and proven path to scale. Wiliot provides the open, real-time Physical AI platform, while Velociti brings the expertise and operational execution needed to deploy and expand these capabilities across complex supply chain environments.”

As a key systems integration partner within Wiliot’s ecosystem, Velociti contributes extensive national reach and technical capabilities to design, deploy and scale the platform across distributed operations. Its services include site surveys, system validation and data collection, ensuring that deployments are optimised for real-world performance.

So far, Velociti has collaborated with Wiliot on over 15 deployment types across more than 500 sites, including distribution centres and fleet vehicles. These projects span sectors such as retail, grocery, logistics and postal services, providing deep expertise in implementing visibility solutions in high-volume environments.

This experience allows Velociti to execute deployments even with remote coordination from Wiliot teams, supporting an expanded partnership that now includes blueprint development and broader deployment capabilities.

Together, the two companies are enabling enterprises across retail, logistics, transportation and postal networks to deploy Physical AI solutions at scale, unlocking continuous, real-time data from physical assets.

“As leaders in RFID and barcode technologies, we see Physical AI as the next evolution of visibility infrastructure,” said Deryk Powell, CEO, Velociti. “Our partnership with Wiliot reflects our commitment to helping customers transition to this new model. We simplify the complexity of large-scale deployments, enabling major retailers, grocers, and global logistics providers to achieve faster time-to-value and measurable operational impact.”

With growing demand for digitisation of physical assets, enterprises are increasingly seeking scalable deployment solutions. Wiliot’s platform captures and processes real-time data, while Velociti ensures effective implementation across large and complex networks.

Wiliot’s technology converts everyday products and assets into connected, intelligent entities using battery-free IoT Pixels powered by radio wave energy. These sensors generate continuous data on parameters such as location, temperature, humidity and light, enabling advanced Physical AI applications. The open platform integrates seamlessly with enterprise systems, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Velociti complements this with expertise in fleet management, RFID systems, networking and large-scale infrastructure deployments, enabling efficient rollout across multiple locations and vehicles.

As part of Wiliot’s growing partner ecosystem, Velociti represents a new wave of deployment specialists helping businesses shift from traditional tracking systems to real-time, intelligent visibility solutions.

By combining Wiliot’s platform with Velociti’s deployment capabilities, the partnership enables organisations to move beyond fragmented systems towards a unified, scalable infrastructure for real-time supply chain intelligence.

“Physical AI is at an inflection point,” concluded Khoshniyati. “The technology is proven, and demand is accelerating. Scaling it across real-world operations requires deep deployment expertise – and that’s exactly what Velociti brings to this partnership.”
