FESPA 2026 Unveils Conference Programmes and Wrap Masters

FESPA has revealed an expansive line-up of conference programmes and feature highlights for its 2026 events, set to take place from 19 – 22 May 2026 at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via.

The event will host six co-located exhibitions, including FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, Corrugated and Textile, offering visitors a comprehensive platform across speciality print and related industries.

Three Conference Programmes Announced

The FESPA Conference
The newly introduced FESPA Conference will focus on trends and opportunities across speciality print, signage, textiles and personalisation. Sessions will explore sustainability, garment decoration, retail personalisation and print’s influence in modern marketing.

Key speakers include Klaus Reisinger (ClimatePartner), Debbie McKeegan (Textintel), Justin Cairns (Ogilvy), Bart Olde Wolbers (Artisjet), and Natalia Dolz (Lachrome).

The Corrugated Conference
Launching for the first time, the Corrugated Conference will address developments in the packaging sector, with emphasis on digitisation, automation and regulatory frameworks. Industry experts will discuss how converters can adapt to evolving market demands and future-proof operations.

WrapTalks at WrapFest
The WrapTalks programme will offer insights into the vehicle and architectural wrapping industry, featuring real-world case studies, production workflows and emerging applications such as architectural films. Sessions will also spotlight diversity initiatives, including “Women in Wrap”.

Feature Highlight: World Wrap Masters

A major attraction at WrapFest 2026 will be the World Wrap Masters 2026 competition. The event will host the European competition on 19 – 20 May, followed by the global finals on 21 – 22 May.

Competitors will participate in timed challenges, wrapping vehicles and complex objects, with finalists competing for the global championship title. Visitors can also attend live demonstrations by wrap experts, showcasing advanced installation techniques and industry best practices.

The feature will also highlight a wide range of wrap technologies, including self-adhesive films, design software, tools, vinyl, paint protection films (PPF), and architectural applications from leading global brands.
