Trident Limited, the flagship company of Trident Group, has announced a nationwide recruitment initiative to induct over 3,000 Karamyogis across its manufacturing units. The large-scale hiring programme aligns with the broader national objective of boosting employment generation and strengthening skill development within India’s textile manufacturing ecosystem.

The recruitment drive will cover multiple technical and operational roles, including operators, weavers, stitchers, fitters and electricians. Candidate selection will be based on academic qualifications and relevant industry experience.

Trident has implemented a tiered compensation structure reflecting experience levels. Professionals with up to three years of experience will receive ₹25,000 per month, those with three to five years of experience will be offered ₹36,000 per month, and candidates with five to seven years of specialised expertise will earn ₹50,000 per month.

In addition to structured salaries, the company is offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes performance-linked incentives, variable pay, learning and development programmes, free hostel accommodation, subsidised meals, sports and gym facilities, medical assistance, Provident Fund and ESI coverage, as well as recognition and reward mechanisms.

Commenting on the initiative, Pooja B. Luthra, Group CHRO, stated that talent development remains central to Trident’s long-term manufacturing strategy. The company aims not only to expand operations but also to foster sustainable careers, empower communities and contribute to India’s evolving position as a global manufacturing hub.

Through this hiring drive, Trident reinforces its commitment to inclusive growth, workforce empowerment and the creation of long-term financial stability for its employees.
