Skechers continues its championship journey with the Mumbai Indians as it enters its third consecutive season as the official kit partner for the team in the India Women’s T20 League 2026. The partnership comes as the defending champions return to the field following their title-winning 2025 season.
Built on shared values of performance, resilience and excellence, the association reflects Skechers’ performance-driven ethos. The 2026 campaign showcases the new Skechers-designed Mumbai Indians jersey worn by captain Harmanpreet Kaur alongside players Amanjot Kaur and Amelia Kerr. Engineered for comfort, innovation and unrestricted movement, the updated kit mirrors the consistency and determination that shaped the team’s championship success.
To mark the start of the season, Skechers hosted an exclusive meet-and-greet at its Seawoods store in Navi Mumbai with Mumbai Indians players Natalie Sciver-Brunt, Sajeevan Sajana and Sanskriti Gupta. The event focused on engaging young cricketers and highlighted Skechers’ commitment to grassroots development and inspiring emerging talent.
Rahul Vira, CEO of Skechers South Asia Pvt. Ltd., said the continued partnership reflects the brand’s dedication to supporting high-performance athletes and celebrating courage, teamwork and resilience. He added that the Mumbai Indians jersey symbolises the team’s winning legacy and the strong connection with its fans.
A Mumbai Indians spokesperson noted that the long-term association with Skechers has grown stronger each season, driven by shared values of innovation and excellence. The customised jersey, they added, reflects the team’s journey and ambition to push boundaries both on and off the pitch.
As the India Women’s T20 League 2026 progresses, Skechers and Mumbai Indians aim to deepen fan engagement through match-led moments and on-ground initiatives, bringing the excitement of the league closer to audiences.
