FESPA has announced that WrapFest 2026 will take place as part of FESPA 2026 in Barcelona. The event will be held at Fira Barcelona from 19 to 22 May 2026. This move marks a shift from its earlier standalone UK format at Silverstone.
By joining FESPA, WrapFest enters a more international and dynamic environment. It also brings the wrap and speciality print industries closer together.
Strong Exhibitor Line-Up Confirmed
Several leading brands have already confirmed their participation. These include 3M, APA, Antalis, Arlon, Hexis, LX Hausys, GSWF, Legend PPF, and SOIF. Many more exhibitors are expected to join.
As a result, visitors will gain access to a wider range of wrap solutions and technologies.
Co-Located Events Expand Industry Reach
WrapFest will run alongside FESPA Global Print Expo. It will also be co-located with European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, and the new Corrugated and Textile events.
Together, these shows will create a unified platform. Visitors can explore products, discover trends, and identify new revenue opportunities across multiple sectors.
World Wrap Masters Take Centre Stage
WrapFest 2026 will host the World Wrap Masters competitions. On days three and four, regional winners will compete in the global finals. The winner will be crowned World Wrap Masters 2026 Champion.
Meanwhile, the first two days will feature World Wrap Masters Europe. Installers from across Europe will compete by wrapping vehicles and special objects.
Live Demonstrations and Knowledge Sessions
In addition, WrapFest will feature live wrapping demonstrations. Industry experts will lead these sessions. A dedicated conference programme will also run throughout the event.
These sessions will focus on skills development, technical tips, and industry best practices.
Expanded Exhibition Space and Applications
The new Barcelona format will offer over 2,000 square metres of exhibition space. This area will focus on wrap-specific applications.
Key showcases will include self-adhesive films, software, design tools, and accessories. Live demos and hands-on learning will remain a major highlight.
Enhanced Value for Global Visitors
By integrating WrapFest into FESPA 2026, visitors gain access to more content and expertise. They can also connect with a wider global wrap community.
This combined format strengthens networking, learning, and business opportunities under one roof.
