FESPA is set to host its flagship event, FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, from 19 – 22 May 2026 at Fira de Barcelona. The event will run alongside European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience. Moreover, FESPA will introduce two new launches — Corrugated and Textile — that will focus on packaging, display, and garment manufacturing.

Together, these five co-located events will create a global meeting point for professionals across the speciality print and signage industries. Visitors will be able to explore a wide range of innovations, meet experts, and discover emerging opportunities for business growth.

Returning to Barcelona After 13 Years

FESPA last hosted its major exhibition at Fira de Barcelona in 2012. The centrally located venue is easily accessible and well known for its modern facilities. In fact, it hosts more than 270 international trade events each year, making it a preferred choice for exhibitors and visitors alike.

The Place for Experts

Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, shared his enthusiasm: “It’s thirteen years since we last hosted a major FESPA exhibition in Spain, and we’re delighted to return. This year’s strapline, ‘The Place for Experts,’ highlights FESPA’s role as a global hub where visitors and exhibitors can share insights and innovations shaping the future of print and visual communications.”

He added, “FESPA’s mission is to serve our global community. In 2026, we’ll offer more knowledge and expertise than ever before, all through a single visitor ticket. The new Corrugated and Textile events will give visitors a chance to explore fresh markets and multiple paths for business growth.”

Five Events, One Destination

With five dedicated events under one roof, FESPA 2026 promises to deliver fresh perspectives for printers, sign-makers, garment producers, and packaging converters. As a result, attendees can gain new insights that help them map sustainable and profitable growth strategies.

Exhibitors and Programme Highlights

The exhibitor lineup features leading global brands such as 3M, AGFA, Brother, Caldera, Durst, EFI, Hexis, Kongsberg, Kornit Digital, Mutoh, Summa, SwissQprint, Transmatic, and UPM. These companies will showcase the latest technologies, materials, and consumables across the speciality print sector.

The event will also feature:

  • World Wrap Masters 2026, a high-energy competition where regional winners compete for the global title.

  • Two dedicated Conference Programmes focused on textile and personalisation and corrugated, offering in-depth sessions on print, signage, sustainability, and innovation trends.

In addition, visitors can attend live wrapping demonstrations and gain insights from expert speakers on the latest developments influencing the industry’s future.

Registration and Event Details

Registration for all five events will open in January 2026, and super early bird tickets will be available for €25.
