Table Space, a leading workspace solutions provider in India, has announced the launch of Meeting Rooms as a Product on the Table Space App. This new feature gives businesses on-demand access to more than 180 meeting rooms with over 2,500 seats across Grade A centres in Tier-1 cities, effective September 2025. Unlike earlier, the offering is now open to enterprises of all sizes, even those not currently partnered with Table Space.
The meeting rooms are designed to match diverse business needs, ranging from 4-seater spaces for quick discussions to executive boardrooms and 50-seater training halls. Each room comes fully equipped with premium amenities, backed by hospitality-led services to ensure a seamless experience where clients can focus solely on their business.
The Table Space App already functions as a unified digital interface for enterprise clients, integrating service requests, visitor management, and emergency SOS support. With the new meeting room feature, the app now allows any user to:
-
Instantly book with real-time availability and transparent pricing
-
Check room details including capacity, amenities, and images
-
Ensure smooth entry with integrated visitor management
-
Benefit from hospitality touchpoints such as complimentary tea, coffee, and dedicated on-ground support.
Karan Chopra, Chairman & Co-CEO of Table Space, emphasized that technology is embedded into every stage of the workplace journey. “With Meeting Rooms as a Product, we are taking a step further in making our premium, enterprise-grade workspaces available to all enterprises, so any business can host high-stakes meetings with ease and confidence,” he said.
Chopra further noted that these spaces are designed for critical meetings and client interactions, supported by dedicated hospitality services to eliminate logistical concerns.
Through its tech-first approach, Table Space continues to leverage AI-led workspace planning, IoT-enabled access, data-driven occupancy management, and an app-first model for service delivery. Managing over 9.9 million sq. ft. across 7 cities, the company is expanding its integrated platform to make premium, technology-enabled, and hospitality-backed workspace experiences more widely accessible.
