Unicommerce Strengthens Leadership with Two Key Hires

Unicommerce eSolutions Limited boosts its leadership team by appointing Abhishek Mangaraj as Senior Director – Customer Success and Divya Sharma as Director – Marketing.

In a strategic move to accelerate growth and deepen market penetration, Unicommerce eSolutions Limited has announced the appointment of two senior leaders—Abhishek Mangaraj and Divya Sharma—to key leadership roles in Operations and Marketing, respectively.

Abhishek Mangaraj, who takes over as Senior Director – Customer Success, brings close to 15 years of expertise across SaaS, enterprise tech, and customer experience. Previously Vice President at Kapture CX, he has led initiatives in conversational AI, CRM, and omnichannel retail analytics. At Unicommerce, Abhishek will oversee customer success, key account management, and retention strategies, leveraging his industry know-how to elevate client engagement and operational scalability.

Divya Sharma, appointed as Director – Marketing, is a seasoned marketing leader with experience at CleverTap, Locus, and Ai Palette. She has built and scaled global marketing programs across regions including India, the U.S., Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. At Unicommerce, she will lead brand strategy, demand generation, and product marketing across the company’s full portfolio—Unicommerce, Shipway, and Convertway—with a focus on integrated marketing and revenue impact.
