Textile trade show highlights digital solutions.

Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics—Autumn Edition 2024 will launch a Digital Solutions Zone to highlight cutting-edge technologies and solutions in response to the evolving textile industry. Exhibitors with expertise in digital product passports, generative AI, additive manufacturing, big data analytics, sustainability, and other areas will be able to showcase their products in this zone. This project, which marks the event’s 30th anniversary, strives to meet the changing needs of sourcing, production, and retailing demands in light of the industry’s rapid evolution.

Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd.’s general manager, Ms. Wilmet Shea, spoke on how new technology can affect the textile sector.
