Carhartt WIP Japan has revealed its latest collection titled “New Year Items,” infusing new dimensions into the brand’s foundational style. Keeping workwear at its core, Carhartt WIP embraces traditional aspects while adding fresh aesthetics and color palettes. The standout pieces in this capsule collection include the New Year OG Santa Fe jacket and New Year Double Knee Pant, showcasing the brand’s classic workwear with light blue tones.

These loose-fit clothing items, crafted from sturdy 12-ounce cotton canvas, feature eye-catching bright green linings. They’re accented with unique elements such as a brown corduroy collar, contrasting cuffs, a ribbed knit hem, and a rear brown pocket.

Carhartt WIP is expanding its global presence by inaugurating a store in Melbourne, its second establishment in Australia. The store’s design showcases a contemporary layout with a modern split-level setup, offering a sleek ambiance to its customers.

There are speculations about a possible collaboration between New York-based AIR COMPANY and Carhartt. An Instagram post from AIR COMPANY featuring their uniform adorned with a Carhartt logo label has ignited discussions among fans. AIR COMPANY, focused on combating climate change through CO2 repurposing with its AIRMADE™ System, advocates for industries contributing to this cause.

While the Instagram post doesn’t confirm a collaboration outright, it has generated curiosity among followers of both brands.
