The CEO of menswear brand Arrow has big plans for 2024, aiming to adapt and grow along with India’s changing shopping habits. According to the CEO, they’re focusing on making their stores and online shopping even better to exceed what customers expect.

As they step into the new year, Arrow is blending the excitement of shopping in stores with the convenience of buying online. The CEO mentioned that in this changing world of fashion stores, where things are always evolving, they want to be at the forefront. They’re using new ideas to make sure their collection of men’s clothes, both in stores and online, doesn’t just meet but goes beyond what customers want.

In December, Arrow introduced a bunch of new things, like a special ‘Ceremonial Collection’ for weddings and parties during the winter festive season. This collection had lots of fancy clothes in rich colors. They also opened a new store in Bengaluru, which is pretty big and has their latest formal and smart casual clothes for winter 2023.

The CEO said that Arrow stores are known for really good quality and having a mix of new fashion that matches today’s style. Looking ahead, they’re committed to keeping up with new trends and being a leader in fashion stores, believing that the best is still to come for Arrow.

Arrow has been around since 1851 and started in India in 1993. Now, they have more than 200 of their own stores in India and sell their clothes in over 1,000 other stores in 109 cities around the country.
