Mango Unveils Expansion Plans and Sustainability Initiatives Ahead of 40th Anniversary

Mango, gearing up for its 40th anniversary next year, has revealed an ambitious plan focused on growth and sustainability for the coming years. The company aims to surpass €3 billion in revenue by the end of the fiscal year, highlighting substantial growth across all retail platforms, especially online sales.

As part of their strategy leading up to their 40th anniversary in 2024, Mango plans to launch a new strategic plan extending till 2026. This roadmap emphasizes enhancing their unique offerings, prioritizing innovation, sustainability, and expanding sales channels through store expansions and diverse market approaches.

A key aspect of Mango’s strategy includes opening 500 new stores between 2024 and 2026, with a strong focus on significant markets such as the US, Spain, France, Italy, the UK, India, and Canada. In the immediate future, the company is set to open over 20 new retail sites by the end of 2023, marking its entry into new states like Texas, Georgia, and California.

Presently operating close to 2,700 points of sale in 115 cities worldwide, Mango extends its reach to 110 markets through digital channels, further expanding its online presence to 20 additional nations.

This year, Mango showcased its premium collections, including the “Capsule” line, renowned for its sophisticated formal wear crafted from top-notch materials and exquisite finishes.

In a significant move towards sustainability, Mango launched its first denim line, designed with the aim of creating garments that are easily reusable and recyclable, thereby promoting a more extended lifecycle for their products.
