These new-age facilities fuse automation and artificial intelligence with traditional craftsmanship to deliver agile, high-precision, and sustainable garment manufacturing.
Each hub integrates automated quality control systems that catch defects in real time, significantly reducing rework and ensuring consistency. AI-powered line planning further optimizes workflow before production even begins, minimizing idle time and improving throughput — a critical advancement for today’s on-demand manufacturing models.
At the heart of ZYOD’s transformation is its proprietary ERP platform, providing live visibility across all stages of production. From design to delivery, the platform enables precise tracking and control over every element of the process — from sampling (now digital) to inventory and shipping.
Ankit Jaipuria, Co-founder of ZYOD, emphasized how the shift to tech-first operations addresses the modern demand for speed, adaptability, and minimal waste. “Our excellence hubs eliminate bottlenecks and outdated processes. With digital sampling, we’ve cut down development timelines and material waste drastically,” he shared.
Fellow Co-founder Ritesh Khandelwal highlighted the strategic selection of Gurugram and Jaipur, praising Gurugram for its tech talent and Jaipur for its rich heritage in textiles and ready access to premium materials. “These hubs reflect our commitment to agile production with deep respect for craftsmanship,” he said.
Each excellence hub is operated by a team of 400+ professionals, handling over 2,000 design-to-delivery cycles across 700+ styles at any given time. The model is built to scale — maintaining quality without compromising speed.
Looking ahead, ZYOD is planning to expand its excellence hub network nationwide and introduce a dedicated innovation center that will serve as a cornerstone for tech-driven fashion manufacturing in India.
