As conversations around women’s health continue to evolve, ZOY is helping drive a broader understanding of menstrual wellbeing by championing the concept of cycle wellness. Moving beyond traditional period care, the brand is encouraging women to better understand the different phases of their menstrual cycle, hormonal changes, energy patterns, and overall wellbeing throughout the month.

Founded by Maheshwari Moorthy and co-founded by Samantha Ruth Prabhu, ZOY is building a holistic approach to intimate care through a combination of product innovation, education, and awareness.

The brand’s portfolio includes antibacterial sanitary pads, herbal sanitary pads, herbal wellness liners, disposable period panties, reusable menstrual cups, and reusable period panties. Designed to support women across different stages of their cycle, the products are formulated without toxins, parabens, phthalates, added fragrances, plastics, or other harmful chemicals.

At the core of ZOY’s philosophy is the belief that menstrual health extends beyond a few days of menstruation. The company aims to encourage conversations around cycle awareness, cycle syncing, and body literacy, helping women better understand the physical, emotional, and hormonal shifts they experience throughout the month.

As part of this mission, ZOY has launched a new digital-first campaign featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The initiative seeks to promote a more informed and proactive approach to women’s wellbeing by encouraging women to become more attuned to their bodies and understand the different phases of their menstrual cycle.

The campaign uses relatable storytelling to highlight how menstrual health influences daily life, energy levels, mood, and overall wellness. Through this approach, the brand aims to foster greater awareness and empower women to make informed choices about both their health and the products they use.

Commenting on the brand’s vision, Maheshwari Moorthy highlighted the need for safer, thoughtfully designed menstrual products that support overall wellbeing while encouraging greater transparency around product ingredients and materials.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu emphasised the importance of understanding menstrual health beyond periods, noting that increased awareness around cycle wellness can help women work with their bodies rather than against them.

By combining science-backed innovation, nature-inspired ingredients, and education-led advocacy, ZOY continues to position cycle wellness as an essential part of everyday health. Through its growing product portfolio and awareness initiatives, the brand aims to make conversations around women’s health more accessible and mainstream across India.
