WHP Global Teams Up with Fashion center GmbH to Expand Lotto Brand in Central Europe

WHP Global, a global brand management firm, has announced a new partnership with Fashioncenter GmbH, a subsidiary of the Schmidt Group based in Norderstedt, to grow the Lotto brand in Central Europe. Fashioncenter GmbH will now oversee the development and distribution of Lotto’s lifestyle footwear and sports fashion apparel in Germany and Poland.

Operating under the banner of “Lotto Life,” Fashioncenter GmbH will present a range of apparel and footwear collections merging sporty elements with everyday fashion. These new lifestyle collections by Lotto are scheduled to be showcased next summer and expected to hit stores in the beginning of Fall/Winter 2024.

Stanley Silverstein, WHP Global’s chief commercial officer, expressed enthusiasm about welcoming the Schmidt Group as partners, anticipating a significant expansion of Lotto’s presence in this crucial region.

Andrea Tomat, president & CEO of LSI, and Cornelia Schmidt, CEO of Fashioncenter, echoed their excitement for the future growth of the Lotto brand in Germany and Poland. They anticipate a prosperous partnership aiming to introduce new products influenced by Italian style and the passion for sports to broaden their customer base beyond performance apparel and footwear, diving into the larger lifestyle market.

Fashioncenter GmbH, besides its collaboration with Lotto, also recently acquired the license for the Kappa brand for the next 25 years. WHP Global’s extensive brand portfolio encompasses labels like Anne Klein, Joseph Abboud, Joe Jeans, and more.
