West Lane Capital has acquired Beauty Bakerie Cosmetic Brand for an unknown price.

Beauty Bakerie, founded in 2011 by Cashmere Nicole, is a cosmetic business that sells high-end makeup and skincare items. It is available in the United States and globally from shops such as Amazon, Ulta Beauty, Target, and CVS, as well as through its own direct-to-consumer website.

West Lane Capital stated in a statement that it will use its industry ties and skills to support the Beauty Bakery brand’s future growth and distribution, as well as to help it develop new innovative goods.

Nick Sternberg, West Lane’s managing partner, stated, “We are pleased to add the Beauty Bakerie brand to the West Lane portfolio of beauty and wellness businesses, and we look forward to continuing to provide clean, high-quality, and innovative products under the Beauty Bakerie brand.
