Wendy Woods Named Chair of the Fashion for Good BV Board
Fashion for Good has appointed Wendy Woods as the new Chair of its Board, succeeding Jill Beraud, who led the board since 2022. Woods assumed the role on 1 September 2026.
Woods brings more than three decades of experience advising businesses, investors, governments and social sector organisations. She is Vice Chair for Social Impact, Climate & Sustainability at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she also serves as a Managing Director and Senior Partner.
Based in Boston, Woods has worked extensively across Europe, Africa and Asia. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and serves on the boards of the Elevate Prize Foundation and TENT Partnership for Refugees.
Her recent work has focused on sustainable value creation, resilience and cross-sector collaboration.

Woods said her career has centred on rethinking the role of business in society, developing sustainable and inclusive strategies, and building collaborations capable of driving positive change at scale.

Fashion for Good has also expressed its appreciation to Jill Beraud for her four years of leadership.
During Beraud’s chairmanship, the organisation continued to grow while sharpening its focus on identifying and scaling disruptive innovations capable of accelerating transformation across the fashion industry.
Fashion for Good was founded with the mission of making all fashion good. With the guidance of William McDonough and support from founding partner Laudes Foundation, the organisation has built a global community focused on collaboration and disruptive innovation to help move fashion towards a more circular future.
