Wacoal India Expands its Breast Cancer Awareness Drive with CPAA in the 4th Edition of #WacoalKnowsBreast

Wacoal, the premium Japanese lingerie brand, reinforces its long-term commitment to breast cancer awareness with the 4th edition of its flagship initiative, #WacoalKnowsBreast, in partnership with the Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA).

Empowering Awareness Through Collaboration

CPAA is a respected non-profit organization dedicated to the total management of cancer, focusing on awareness, early detection, treatment support, rehabilitation, and advocacy. Through this continued collaboration, both organizations aim to create lasting change in women’s health awareness.

This year, Wacoal’s initiative grows stronger through a nationwide social media campaign. The campaign encourages regular self-checks, debunks myths, and helps make conversations about breast health more approachable for women across India.

A Simple Gesture, A Strong Message

During October, a portion of every bra purchase contributes directly to CPAA’s breast cancer programs. Furthermore, Wacoal India once again highlights the 3-finger salute — a gesture where one places the right hand on the left chest and forms the number three. This symbol not only represents a self-check test but also reflects the letter ‘W’ for Wacoal.

To make the message more personal, Wacoal encourages women to integrate the 3-finger test into their daily routine. This simple step can lead to early detection and, ultimately, save lives.
