VIRGIO Marks Two Years with Bold ‘Eco-nic Fair ’25’ Anti-Sale

Sustainable fashion-tech label VIRGIO celebrates its second anniversary with a bold move that challenges traditional retail norms. Instead of offering discounts, the brand is hosting the ‘Eco-nic Fair ’25’, a zero-margin, zero mark-up anti-sale designed to promote transparency and fairness in fashion.

The Anti-Sale with a Purpose

Running from November 7 to November 9, the Eco-nic Fair ’25 will sell every garment at its exact cost to make, eliminating all mark-ups and margins. Customers will see savings of up to 70% across all categories, paying only the manufacturing cost while VIRGIO absorbs all commerce-related expenses.

The brand calls it a “thank you” sale, rewarding customers for their trust and commitment to sustainable choices. The initiative also builds on VIRGIO’s existing practice of sharing cost breakdowns for every product, reinforcing its promise of radical transparency in pricing.

“We began with ambition and experimentation; today, we lead with conviction and care,” said Amar Nagaram, Co-Founder of VIRGIO. “As we enter Year Three, we aim to deepen our impact on sustainability and inclusivity. The industry calls it a sale when they drop prices. We call it a thank you when we drop our margin. This is not just growth; it’s purpose scaling.”

Two Years of Purposeful Growth

In just two years, VIRGIO has shown that sustainable fashion can be scalable and stylish. Its major milestones include the launch of Beyond the Curve (BTC), a curvy sub-brand co-created with actor Anjali Anand, and Amodira, a fragrance line inspired by India’s royal heritage.

The brand also expanded into global markets, opened five new stores across India, and served as the Sustainable Fashion Partner for IIFA 2025, curating the IIFA Green Carpet to highlight eco-friendly craftsmanship in glamour.

Each initiative reflects VIRGIO’s mission to blend style with substance, proving that conscious design can drive mainstream appeal.
