Vipul Organics Limited has reported a strong financial performance for Q1 FY2026-27, with consolidated revenue increasing 38.44% year-on-year to ₹5,217.52 lakh.
The BSE-listed specialty chemicals company, which operates in the pigments and dyes segment, announced its unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, recording significant growth across key profitability indicators.
On a consolidated basis, profit before tax (PBT) increased 113% YoY to ₹344.47 lakh, compared with ₹161.72 lakh in Q1 FY2025-26. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 99.75% to ₹252.46 lakh, from ₹126.39 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year. Consolidated EPS also increased 54.65% year-on-year to ₹1.33.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, consolidated revenue declined marginally by 0.85%, from ₹5,262.37 lakh in Q4 FY2025-26 to ₹5,217.52 lakh in Q1 FY2026-27. However, profitability continued to strengthen, with PBT rising 14.53%, PAT increasing 27.93%, and EPS growing 20.9%.
The company’s performance reflects continued momentum in its core businesses alongside its diversification into new segments. Cost optimisation initiatives have also started contributing to improved margins.

We are also finalizing an internal multi-decadal roadmap, Vision 2045, which we will share with shareholders in due course.”
With its current capital expenditure cycle completed, Vipul Organics expects to focus on sustained growth, supported by its membrane division and diversification strategy. The company is also developing Vision 2045, a long-term roadmap intended to guide its future growth and strategic direction.
