Victoria’s Secret & Co, a prominent American lingerie brand, has announced a significant reshuffling of its top leadership positions as part of its strategic blueprint. In a press release, Victoria’s Secret stated that the company aims to solidify its industry presence by strengthening its core and igniting growth. The strategic appointments of new leaders are seen as essential steps towards achieving these goals.

One of the key appointments is that of Anne Stephenson as the chief merchandising officer, who will report to Greg Unis. Stephenson brings with her experience from her previous role as the chief merchandising and product officer of Torrid, and she is set to assume her new role with Victoria’s Secret & Co next month.

Expressing his confidence in the new leadership team, Martin Waters said, “Greg has been with Victoria’s Secret since 2016, and I believe his visionary approach to merchandising, his proven track record of driving growth and delivering results, and his deep knowledge of our business make him the ideal person to lead us to even greater success. In this role, Greg will also collaborate closely with chief customer officer Chris Rupp to continue evolving our brands, delighting our customers, and expanding our business.”

The return of Anne Stephenson to the Victoria’s Secret & Co family has been met with enthusiasm. Waters commented on her appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Anne back to the Victoria’s Secret & Co family. Anne is a highly regarded and strategic merchandiser who possesses substantial leadership expertise in propelling the expansion of prominent brands, having amassed over 15 years of valuable experience at Victoria’s Secret.”

With these leadership changes in place, Victoria’s Secret & Co aims to leverage its new team’s expertise and insights to revitalize the brand, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth in a highly competitive market. The company remains dedicated to maintaining its position as a leader in the lingerie industry while continuously adapting to evolving consumer preferences and demands.
