Building on a relationship that began in 2017, the new agreement extends DeSL’s platform across additional business units and functionality.
Since first implementing DeSL in 2017 to support product development operations, Varsity Spirit, a division of Varsity Brands, has used the platform to improve efficiency and visibility across operations. The expanded rollout now extends throughout Varsity Brands and its divisions, including Varsity Spirit and BSN SPORTS, helping standardize processes across the organisation.
Commenting on the partnership expansion, Kevin Boleware said:

The broader rollout includes DeSL’s PLM, Quality Management, Color Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Purchase Order (PO) Management solutions.
As part of the next phase, Varsity Brands will also extend platform access to key suppliers, enabling improved collaboration for quote management and sample requests. Enhanced supplier connectivity is expected to reduce manual workflows, improve visibility, and accelerate decision-making processes.
The expansion reflects both companies’ continued focus on operational excellence and innovation. DeSL will continue supporting Varsity Brands as it advances product development capabilities and strengthens supplier collaboration across its ecosystem.
